Payment Schedule
To secure your spot on the tour, a deposit and scheduled payments are required.
Deposit: $1,000 per RV due at time of booking
Second Payment: 50% of remaining balance due 120 days prior to departure
Final Payment: Remaining balance due 60 days prior to departure
Payment plans may be available upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Because arrangements are made in advance with campgrounds, attractions, and service providers, cancellation fees apply as follows:
120+ days before departure: Full refund minus $250 administrative fee
119–60 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost is non-refundable
59–30 days before departure: 75% of total trip cost is non-refundable
29 days or less: 100% non-refundable
